With so much going on in the modern world, it can be hard to cut through the noise. Planning a youth event is a great way to reconnect kids with the love of Christ, revitalize youth in the church, and reach out to those who don’t know their heavenly Father. Your students will have time to play, time to share, and time to connect with other Christians their age. Here’s what you need to know about scheduling a church youth event at Fun Slides:
We encourage you to stop by the facility and get a feel for the energy of carpet skating. You can even try it out for yourself!
Call or email us to schedule your event. Give us an estimate of how many kids want to attend (if you’re not sure yet, just make sure you let us know a week before your event).
Check out fun add-on activities like blacklight dodgeball, the Super Ninja obstacle course, or the Bounce House slides and inflatables (for younger kids).
Tell your kids to spread the word! They’ll want to invite friends from other churches, friends from school, and friends from their communities. This is an awesome opportunity for evangelizing!
Share with parents, too. Ask your pastor to make a Sunday morning announcement. You never know who in your congregation is mentoring a child who might not have heard about it otherwise.
Print copies of our waiver for the parents or tell them how to fill it out online. If any of your students has a Fun Slides waiver card from a previous trip, they can bring that instead of a new waiver.
Plan a brief message or testimonial to share with the kids. We’ll make sure your group has time to sit down and share what the Lord is doing in their lives.
